排骨, 千张结, 葱, 姜, 干辣椒, 荷兰豆, 红椒, 生抽, 老抽, 盐, 白糖, 腐乳, 料酒
步骤
1排骨提前清水泡下,去血水,沥干,放料酒跟生抽腌制下

1、只要家里有腐乳,我做排骨红烧肉都喜欢放一点,提鲜的同时还能让味道更浓郁 2、老抽跟生抽比例自己看着办,我一般是1:1.5,今天这个老抽稍稍多了点,白糖也加的比一般的多,最后调味,盐没咋放
