原料
南瓜 100克,蒸好的, 糯米粉 150克, 蜜豆 少许, 芝麻 少许
步骤
1南瓜蒸熟后称重100克

2然后倒入糯米粉,先倒120克(如果太湿再倒余下的粉)

3一直和到成团为止(这里的南瓜用的是刚蒸好的有温度,和面也会比较粘,如果你用冷的南瓜,要取少量面团用水煮开再揉成大面团)

4然后分成10份

5取一个小面团从中间按成小碗状

6包入蜜豆(蜜豆本身就比较甜了,所以面团中不用加糖,如果你不包馅,根据各人口味在面团中决定是不是加些白糖)

7包好后收口

8翻面后按扁

9然后正反面都沾上芝麻

10锅里放少许油,将芝麻饼放入,慢慢用火煎。注意锅内最小的是刚放入的,时间长了,会慢慢长大,才会使饼的内部都会熟透,所以一定要小火慢烙,不要着急
