原料
高筋粉 250g, 酵母 3.5g, 细砂糖 30g, 盐 1.5g, 鸡蛋 45g, 淡奶油 30g, 牛奶 90g, 黄油 20g, 调色用, 抹茶粉 5g, 红曲粉 3g, 紫薯粉 5g, 没有的用可可粉代替
步骤
1将除黄油及色粉外的所有材料揉成光滑的面团,加入切小块的黄油揉至扩展阶段,把面团分成4等份,每份加入色粉揉均匀,为防止本色面团发酵过快,加入适量高筋粉揉均匀,放温暖处发酵至两倍大
2将发酵好的面团排气,平均分成15g1份,滚圆松弛5分钟

3将面团搓成中间粗两边细的长条
