自己做的葱抓饼,安心又健康,保证不输外面卖的喔!
原料
中筋面粉400克, 盐1/2小匙, 滚水200毫升, 冷开水100毫升, 植物油A3大匙, 葱(切末)4-5支, 植物油B(抹在桌面上)适量, 炒过的白芝麻适量(可省略)
步骤
1将中筋面粉和盐混匀后,倒入滚水拌匀,再倒冷开水拌成团状

2将面团放到桌面上,用手揉5分钟至表面光滑后,盖上保鲜膜,松弛1个小时

3将植物油A烧热后,倒入葱末里,放凉

4将步骤2分成6等分,在桌面抹上植物油B防沾黏,再将每等分橄成薄薄的长方形面皮,然后均匀地抹上一层步骤3和炒过的白芝麻

5将步骤4卷起

6将步骤5盘卷起来,盖上保鲜膜,松弛20分钟

7在桌面抹上植物油B防沾黏,再将步骤6橄成薄饼状

小技巧
步骤7若是不马上煎食,可事先将面皮橄好,面皮之间隔着保鲜膜或烘焙纸防沾黏,再放冷冻保存,而食用前不需解冻,直接放入锅中煎熟即可~
