梭子蟹 , 年糕, 生姜 , 糖 (喜欢吃辣的可以准备辣椒酱), 老抽, 生抽, 料酒, 葱
步骤
1 准备好葱和生姜;生姜切成丝;年糕切片

2 水烧开后年糕下锅,煮两分钟左右;把年糕拿出;放入凉水里,年糕冷却后再把水倒掉;

3 7.用刀在三角区下端向上掀开;蟹盖就打开了;

4 去除两边的腮须;

5 把螃蟹放在砧板上剁成两半;

6 剁下两只钳子后用刀将其背敲碎;

7 把剁下的两半蟹肉再剁成两半,这样整只蟹就拆解完毕;

8 热锅后放入适量的色拉油;放入姜丝爆香;
