2中火无油翻炒10mins,至听见花生皮爆裂声,同时闻到花色香气即可。翻炒时可控制火候,随时观察以免糊~ 此步可选烤箱代替,200°C左右 15mins。烤的时候自己留意观察,调节温度,以免糊了~

3给熟花生去皮。

4炒制去皮的花生降至470g,分成100g/份(4份),剩下的70g一份。 每100g进行研磨成花生粉,选择‘‘点动’’模式,大约4次~

5剩下的70g花生用保鲜袋装好,用擀面杖压成小块。
