草鱼: 一条, 小红辣椒: 5.6颗, 芹菜: 葱, 姜: 蒜瓣, 花生米适量: 生抽10g, 黄酒10g: 花椒适量, 芝麻香油适量:
步骤
1准备一条草鱼去除内脏,清洗干净

2鱼切成块,清洗干净沥干水,用适量盐、黄酒、花椒、姜片 腌制20分钟去腥味

3油下锅,差不多90度以上,将腌制好的鱼放进锅里煎炸(炸鱼时将鱼侧放这样不会粘锅也不会烂,一次不要炸太多)将腌制鱼块的花椒姜片放着备用

4鱼块炸成金黄色,外焦里嫩(一次吃不完的鱼块可以放冰箱,想做时在煎炸)剩油可以炸下花生米

5炸好鱼块,将配菜切好(自己看图吧)

6锅里留少许油加热,放入花椒、姜片、蒜瓣,炒出香味
