花生米: 170g, 鸡蛋: 1个, 面粉(淀粉): 70g, 白芝麻: 5g–10g, 白糖: 100g
步骤
1准备材料~

2将花生米倒入盆中,打入鸡蛋~ 用筷子打散,挂匀蛋液~ 倒入淀粉(面粉)~ 搅匀,让每一粒花生米都裹上面粉(如图)~

3可用手辅助裹匀~

4锅内倒适量油,高温将油烧热~ 待油温烧至7层热时,慢慢倒入花生米,转小火炸至~ 不时用勺子翻动,炸的均匀~ 炸至姜黄色,不是金黄色,能听见锅内劈了啪啦声音,在稍微炸一会就好啦(炸油倒出)~ ⭐⭐: 炸花生米都是一样道理,外表要是炸金黄里面就糊啦,因为热油的余温还在加热~

5炸好捞出装盘控油~

6锅内留些底油直接放入白糖,转最小火熬制(不用刷锅,和琥珀核桃做法一样哒)~ 借助铲子轻拌,至融化~ 熬制白糖融化,呈浅琥珀色(我这是黑天照的,显的深了,熬时间长就糊啦苦啦)~ 关火,倒入炸好的花生米和白芝麻~
