原料
中筋面粉: 250克, 盐: 2.5克, 水: 130ml, 辣椒面: 适量, 醋: 2勺, 生抽: 1勺, 蔬菜: 适量, 蒜泥: 2瓣, 菜籽油: 适量
步骤
1先将面粉和水还有盐全部放一起,揉成面团,记住水要慢慢加!揉个大概后,醒发20分钟,再继续揉,揉至光滑

2面团揉好后用刀切4份均等

3然后拉至椭圆形记住面团外面要抹点油,每一面都要抹到,抹好后醒发2小时左右

4醒发好后,轻轻将面团拉长一点,然后用一根筷子轻轻压一下!

5手记住托住面条中间,向两边轻轻拉扯,可轻轻向案板拍打拉长

6延着筷子压过的痕迹,将面条轻轻撕扯开,一分为二!

7把面条放入开水中煮1到2分钟即可,不用煮太久!把事先准备的调料弄好,油入锅烧热,然后浇在蒜泥和辣椒面上,一定要浇到,发出滋滋的声响,闻到香味即可!
