1取新鲜生蚝

2将生蚝肉取出,因为是生吃,所以一定要来自干净海域,也不用清洗

31根小葱切末,1瓣生蒜捣成蒜泥(用刀切出来和捣出来的蒜完全不同,后者汁水丰富),如果没有石臼可以用擀面杖头部压蒜,将葱末、蒜泥放入生蚝肉中
