原料
咸肉: 150g, 干香菇: 15个左右, 青菜: 800g
步骤
1青菜的草根和菜叶分开切碎、香菇用干的会比较香、泡开切碎、咸肉肥肉精肉分开切碎。

2把肥肉先用油炒、小火慢慢的炒要不然容易焦、炒至焦黄后加入精肉和香菇一起爆香、记得放点白酒和姜末。然后加入菜根炒一下。放入浸泡半个小时的米炒一下后盛入电饭锅煮饭。

4饭蒸好

5饭煮好后。将刚刚切碎的菜叶用油炒一下、然后拌入米饭里面即可。盐什么的根据你们家咸肉的咸淡来调整。
