5锅热了把面皮放进去,在面皮上打一个鸡蛋搅散铺匀

7把酱汁(烤冷面酱番茄酱两撮糖一撮半盐两瓶盖醋加少许水和匀“加水会让面皮更加柔软”)用刷子刷在面皮上
