调制调味汁.如果没有蒸鱼豉油可以用其他生抽代替. 腌制贝肉的时候加一点淀粉拌匀这样处理过的贝肉能保持鲜嫩 蒜蓉要用油炒过这样才能更好的释放蒜的香味同时也没有了生蒜入口的辛辣 蒸的时间一定要掌握好蒸过头肉老了就不好吃了.大个扇贝蒸五分钟小个扇贝蒸三分钟
