手工揉面是很辛苦的活儿,累不说还很浪费时间,用上和面机将双手解放了出来,做面食就变得简单轻松多了啦~ 我上次蒸煮甜菜根馒头卷忘了看时间,一不小心煮得时间长了点,甜菜根馒头蒸煮熟后颜色由紫红色变黄了,甜菜根是碱性食物,蒸熟后很容易会变黄色,提醒注意控制蒸煮时间,不要超过15分钟哦~
