高筋面粉: 388克, 奶粉: 15克, 炼乳: 70克, 牛奶: 158克, 盐: 5克, 细砂糖: 45克, 天然酵种: 97克, 酵母: 2克, 草鸡蛋: 1个30克入面团,留下一点刷表面, 椰子油: 40克, 椰蓉馅: 鸡蛋50克黄油45克椰蓉100克糖45牛奶30克
步骤
1将全有材料混合揉匀,椰子油等面团出膜后加入,揉至扩展阶段如图
