小技巧
1、焯菜的时候,加入适量食盐,不仅可以使青菜入底味,而且可以保持菜的颜色更鲜亮; 2、熬制鸡汁料时,不要加过多的食用油,一点点就好; 3、最后浇在葱丝的油,一定要热,判断的方法是,取一根葱丝放入油中,当葱丝变成金黄色时,温度正好。
