1材料:淡奶油用的是金钻本来有甜味打发不用再加糖,牛奶是纯牛奶,黄油是无盐黄油

2低筋面粉过筛

3加入40g白砂糖,盐,鸡蛋,黄油(微波炉解冻成液体状),搅拌均匀无白色粉末状

4分三次倒入牛奶,搅拌均匀

9煎好的饼皮叠好备用(我每个颜色煎了4张)

10淡奶油隔冰水用打蛋器打发至固体纹路清晰无光泽备用
