1肉馅里放适量料酒、老抽、鱼露、盐、黑胡椒,顺一个方向搅拌均匀

2铺一层锡纸,放上一坨肉馅

3在肉馅上盖上保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成薄厚均匀的肉片

4揭去保鲜膜,将肉片整理成长方形,肉片的大小以烤盘的大小为准
