原料
猪粉肠(小肠): 2条, 老卤水: 3汤勺, 蚝油酱汁: 3茶匙蚝油+一汤勺水 调成酱汁, 各色时蔬: 适量
步骤
1猪粉肠用生粉和盐反复抓2分钟后(去掉白色附带物)清洗干净~

2在肠子的中间部分开始打第一个结~
