2提前一天用开水泡

3中途换一两次水,继续拿凉水泡着

5把笋切小块,五花肉切片

6先在锅里放一点点油,然后放入五花肉炼油,炼出油了一会放入蒜瓣翻炒,爆出蒜香以后加入笋干一起翻炒

7翻炒一会加入适量盐继续翻炒,然后加入水,没过笋干

8然后加入生抽、蚝油、鸡精、五香粉等调味,盖上锅盖煮,中间翻炒几次,煮到收汁即可
