3牛腩在沸水里煮一下,飞水,捞出

9在番茄锅里加入水,煮沸,倒入正在煮牛肉的砂锅中

10起油锅,放入大蒜,放入洋葱爆炒,继续放入土豆片,翻炒一会后,倒入砂锅中

11所有材料都放入锅内,先大火煮沸,然后小火慢炖,加入适量的盐,一小块冰糖,慢慢炖,我一般是小火炖两三个小时~
