原料
黄油: 100g, 奶油奶酪: 70g, 低粉: 100g, 云龙宇治抹茶粉: 3g, 糖粉: 60g, 蛋: 2只, 泡打粉: 1/2小匙
步骤
1黄油,奶油奶酪室温软化,鸡蛋室温,打匀
2低粉与泡打粉混合均匀后,均分为两份,一份与抹茶粉混合均匀
3黄油加糖粉打至发白

4加入奶油奶酪继续搅打均匀

7另外一半加入白面粉

8分别混合均匀后,合在一个容器中,稍微搅拌两下,装入裱花袋里

9挤入模子中,用筷子搅拌两下

10烤箱预热170度,中层,上下火,25分钟。(烤约5分钟之后,10分钟之前,看蛋糕顶部平滑了,要用到在顶部划一刀,这样裂口漂亮。我一疏忽,划的晚了。)
