1先煲好一锅排骨汤做汤底

7洗净芹菜➕小葱➕蒜,也剪成或切成如图一段一段

8锅里放入适量清水,待水烧开后,放入粉干

9变软后用筷子挑开,稍稍煮2-3分钟就捞出吧

11中火约200度,锅里放入适量无味的油,我用的玉米油~而且放得很少,我们家抗拒很油的菜?♀️

12倒入芹菜小葱蒜

13煸出香味儿

14倒入适量的排骨汤,转大火,倒入捞好的粉干再加入适量的盐,炖排骨汤时候一般都加了盐了,所以别加多了哈

15盖上锅盖,煮开后转小火

16粉干煮至熟透,再打开锅盖,约5分钟左右
