1雪菜和猪肉剁细腻,剁椒也最好切成细丁。猪肉丁用少许盐、油腌入味

2调蛋液:全蛋一个打散,加入清水,蛋液与水的比例是1:1,并搅拌均匀

3内酯豆腐倒扣入碗(我的碗小,把一盒豆腐分成了2碗),倒入蛋液至豆腐的三分二满

4放入出汽的蒸锅内,加盖猛火蒸1分钟即熄火,用余热再焖上1分钟即可
