原料
面粉: 250g, 酵母: 3g, 白糖: 1勺, 水(温水,用来使酵母活化): 125g, 以上为面粉~: , 后腿肉,五花肉,均可(多点肥的吃起来香): 200g, 蚝油: 一勺, 蒸鱼豉油: 一勺, 香油: 5ml, 椒盐粉(可代替盐,不用放盐了哟): 一勺, 五香粉或十三香粉: 适量, 白糖: 适量, 小葱: , 料酒: 一小勺
步骤
1将面粉和糖称好后放入和面盆,接着称量好酵母使其溶于温水,然后边加入溶解好的酵母水到和面盆中,边搅拌面粉。最后揉成光滑面团。(不粘,光滑)

2盖上保鲜膜,放入微波炉中(起密封效果,天热可不放)再放入一小碗开水,发酵一小时左右。

3发至2-3倍大。内呈蜂窝状即可。

4为了排气,把发起来的面团捏瘪,再揉面团,揉光滑了放着,再醒会,准备包包子了

16在每个包子下垫上油纸将包好的包子排好,包子与包子中间留些空隙,盖上盖子,放置20分钟左右,二次发酵

17冷水起蒸,20分钟,闷2、3分钟之后打开就好啦~
