8肉炖好,码放胡萝卜块青萝卜块,铺一层粉条,手撕几片大白菜铺上,加少许盐,继续炖15分钟

小技巧
1、牛腩切块提前冷水泡至少2小时,中间换水几次 2、粉条要放在上边,避免沾锅 3、喜欢吃辣的可以放几根辣椒一起炖
