鸡爪: 6只, 葱,姜,蒜: 1根,2片,3瓣, 八角: 1个, 精盐: 1盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 冰糖: 10粒, 料酒: 1匙, 耗油: 2滴, 生抽: 1匙, 老抽: 2滴, 清水: 适量

2葱姜蒜洗净切好~

3鸡爪洗净放案板片切去指甲~ 对半切开(可不切)~ 锅内倒适量水,待水煮开放入鸡爪,葱姜,焯到再次煮开~ 撇去浮末,捞出装盘控水~

4锅内倒适量油,待油温热放入蒜片炒出香味~ 放入鸡爪,炒至稍微变色~ 加入八角,精盐,鸡精,十三香,冰糖,料酒,耗油,生抽,老抽~ 炒至均匀上色~

5倒入适量清水(没过鸡爪)~ 盖上锅盖,大火烧开转中小火焖炖~ 炖至汤汁浓稠~ 装盘即可~
