鲜鱿鱼: 500g, 苦瓜: 1条, 排骨: 半条, 盐: 10g, 鸡精: 一点点, 清水: 2碗
步骤
1先把苦瓜切开两半,去掉里面的瓜囊;

1、新鲜的鱿鱼是白色皮比较发亮的,发红发软的不新鲜; 2、苦瓜挑纹粗的没那么苦; 3、苦瓜用盐腌出苦水会没那么苦; 4、鲜鱿煮熟是红色的!
