1面条,我是南方人不会做面条,于是买了现成的,这个面条是我买过的,口感算是不错的面条之一,不容易糊,而且口感爽滑,比较符合南方人的口感

2黄发切薄片备用,胡萝卜切丝备用,大蒜切成蒜末

3开水锅煮面条

4在煮面的同时,把切薄片的黄瓜放在碗底

5在碗里放醋,刺身酱油,绍兴黄酒

6面出锅后先过一过冷开水,口感会很爽滑,然后把面盖在黄瓜上

7在面上铺上黄瓜丝,胡萝卜丝,蒜末,辣椒面

8另起油锅,放入花椒加热,等熬出香味

9熬出香味后,迅速关火,把热好的油泼在面上,油泼面嘛…香气四溢啊,胃口打开啊
