鸡胗: 150克, 菠萝(凤梨): 一个, 西红柿: 一个, 葱段: 适量, 料酒: 两勺, 白醋: 两勺, 糖: 一勺, 盐: 少许, 鸡粉: 少许, 油: 适量

2菠萝切片,西红柿切小片,葱切段。

3鸡胗处理干净,粘液,粘膜用刀刮干净。再用盐搓揉两次然后用清水冲洗干净,切成小片。

4用两勺料酒腌制十分钟,目的是去腥味。
