原料
鸡胸肉: 一块, 虾仁: 5~10个, 蒲瓜: 4分之一, 耗油: 一茶匙, 酱油: 一茶匙, 胡椒粉: 2茶匙, 淀粉: 一茶匙, 料酒: 2茶匙, 鸡粉: 半茶匙
步骤
1剥虾,或者直接买虾仁也可以,然后把鸡胸肉切用胡椒粉跟鸡粉腌制一会儿

2我比较懒所以直接把鸡胸肉打碎20秒,然后把虾仁切碎

3把切碎的虾仁跟鸡胸肉放耗油淀粉酱油搅拌均匀

4铺上保鲜膜把肉铺平,如果有锡纸就最好了
