4锅中放油,将牛肉放进去炸,表面有出现焦边就可以捞起了

5将辣椒,香叶,白糖,芝麻放入锅中翻炒两分钟(我家没有辣椒,我就挖了点罐装辣椒酱?)

6将炸好的牛肉干放进去一起翻炒

7出锅后建议冷藏四小时后再吃味道更好~
