这次菜谱的重点是肉一定要好嗯,hana说“高级之处在于能够吃到肉本来的美味”所以才简单调味就好吃了~! 肉的部位谢谢@ 科普,【tenderloin,日语ヒレ,就是菲力牛排的那块了。很瘦但是因为平时运动不到所以很嫩,是内脊。一头猪一头牛也只有很小的一块.国内平时说的里脊应该是外脊了,日语的话应该是ロース 再然后,这个菜谱就是忠于电视完整截下来的,牛排的做法呢,厨房有两个非常好和详细的,大家可以比较后来做~嗯~ o( ̄▽ ̄)o
