2青椒斜刀切片,肉切片加适量盐、生粉、老抽和水拌匀

3炒锅大火烧热,倒一点点油,下入青椒翻炒

4改小火,加一勺盐,炒匀,用锅铲按住青椒在锅底划圈,并不时翻面,以防炒糊炒黑,这个用时比较长,要有耐心,一直要炒到青椒表面变软,整体变蔫,水分被完全炒干

5另取一锅或者将青椒盛起,洗净锅重新倒入色拉油,大火烧至九成热时,改小火,下入肉片扒熟
