猪皮: 适量, 虾米、香菇: 少许, 猪肉: 适量, 肉卷片: 自愿下, 白菜: 适量, 葱段或蒜段: 适量, 盐、味精、胡椒粉,油: 适量, (盐、味精也可以用腐乳块替代): 一小块
步骤
1肉皮要先浸泡水中一天,泡至肉皮松软且不失弹性即可(我家的肉皮,都是孩子们用新鲜的猪肉皮,煮熟晒干,然后在烧陶瓷器的窑烤猪皮) 香菇也用水浸泡

2准备所有材料
