原料
老豆腐: 800g, 肉馅: 400g, 糯米: 大半饭碗, 香葱: 2根, 生姜: 1块, 黑胡椒粉: 适量, 花椒粉: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 盐: 适量, 色拉油: 适量, 红薯淀粉: 两匙(喝汤用那种瓷汤匙)
步骤
1将糯米淘净,先泡上半天,在拌肉馅之前将水沥干

2将所有的豆腐和肉馅都放进大盆中
