白面皮: , 面粉: 350g, 水: 160-170g, 盐: 6g, 绿色面皮: , 面粉: 350g, 菠菜汁: 160-170g, 盐: 6g, 馅儿: 随意(白萝卜鸡蛋馅儿)
步骤
1白面皮,绿色面皮,和好之后醒半小时,中间再揉一次,再醒半小时左右,中间的时间准备馅儿

2取等量绿色面皮,白色面皮儿, 绿色面皮擀椭圆形,白色面皮儿搓长条状,放绿色面皮中间,捏起收口

3如图,再搓长条,(也可放置5分钟左右)让两种面融合一下

5擀至中间后,周边薄一些的饺子皮,其他未擀的用保鲜膜或者湿毛巾盖着,以免干皮儿
