步骤
1小黄甲鱼杀好洗净备用;

2老豆腐切小块备用;

5热油,先下小黄甲鱼下锅小火煎,煎好一面后,下葱段和姜片,鱼煎至两面微焦和姜、葱段一起捞起备用;

6热油,小块老豆腐下锅小火煎,煎两面微焦即可;

7当豆腐块两面微焦时,下煎制好的鱼、葱段、姜,加少量开水和生抽,没过豆腐即可;

8中火烹制,还有一些汤汁时加少许盐和鸡精,开大火收汁,后出锅摆盘。
