原料
椰浆: 400g, 牛奶: 150g, 槟榔芋: 250g, 小西米: 50g, 白砂糖: 15ml
步骤
1芋头去皮、切条,上笼蒸熟至略酥烂

2同时另起锅烧水,水沸腾后倒入西米,再次煮开后转中小火,焖至西米粒四周透明,中间留白

3焖煮好的西米倒入漏勺,用冷水冲洗黏质,放一旁备用

4锅中倒入椰浆和牛奶。我用的是这款椰浆,特别香浓。不加牛奶也是可以的哈!

5放入蒸熟的切成小块的芋头,中火煮至沸腾后倒入西米,小火至西米略呈透明,关火。
