2先做黄油酥,把分别为25克的黄油,糖粉,奶粉,低筋粉混合在一起用手搓成粒状!然后放入冰箱冷藏!

3把200克低筋粉,70克糖,2克盐,7克泡打粉搅拌均匀!

4把黄油100克和一罐椰浆混合放入锅中,隔水融化并搅拌均匀!

5放凉后加入打散的鸡蛋搅拌均匀!

6把黄油酥从冰箱取出,全部加入到低粉中,再倒入椰浆糊,放入蔓越莓用手动打蛋器搅拌,颗粒物较少时即可

7把面糊倒入纸杯中, 装纸杯后把剩下的3分之1撒在装好纸杯的面糊上!
