1、用不粘锅,硅胶铲操作 2、落基山的棉花糖口感好,也不像网上说的不好融化,大块的棉花糖可以切成小块 3、牛轧糖的软硬取决于黄油和奶粉的多少、融化的时间。喜欢软的可以增加黄油用量 4、网上有很多做牛轧糖的模具,害怕塑料的有毒,还是用油纸整形放心点
