原料
黄油(饼干): 45克, 糖粉(饼干): 15克, 蛋黄(饼干): 半个, 低筋面粉(饼干): 110克, 糖粉(糖霜): 150克, 鸡蛋清(糖霜): 22克, 柠檬汁(糖霜): 8克
步骤
1黄油室温融化,将糖粉用打蛋器混合搅拌均匀

2加入蛋黄、过筛后的低筋面粉用刮刀翻拌,直至没有干粉混合成团为止

3将面团揉均匀后,用保鲜袋装起来,松弛30分钟(刚做完的面团是比较粘的)

4用擀面杖上下擀薄擀到适合的厚度

5用模具印好后,放入烤盘。烤箱150℃ 预热5分钟后,放入烤箱中层150℃ 20分钟

6分别到去鸡蛋清、糖粉、柠檬汁用硅胶铲搅拌均匀,分别把调制好的蛋白霜按照自己需要的颜色分别装入裱花袋,颜色在裱花袋中加

7先打底色,底部颜色干后再用烘焙专用铅笔描图形
