饼干(小奇福饼效果最好): 90克, 棉花糖(正常大小约25粒): 75克, 黄油: 20克, 全脂奶粉: 25克, 蔓越莓干: 20克, 坚果(杏仁&腰果): 30克, 装饰用奶粉(全脂): 15克
步骤
1所有材料称量好,

2不粘锅用最小火融化黄油

3后放入棉花糖,不停的搅拌至棉花糖也融化(成败在此一举,这步千万要小火,不可把棉花糖炒过了)

4放入奶粉,此时最好离火将奶粉搅拌均匀,若感觉棉花糖有些不好搅拌再放回火上稍稍加热(千万小火,控制好时间)

5奶粉与棉花糖搅拌均匀后,关火加入坚果,蔓越莓干,用刮刀翻拌

6放入饼干,带上一次性手套,将所有材料反复拉扯,直到所有材料混合均匀

7趁热在不粘烤盘中按压整形,将材料压实,撒上装饰奶粉
