小技巧
1、鱼块煎的时候两面翻下即可,不要过多的翻动,鱼块容易碎哈 2、老抽不用放太多,本身就是啤酒鱼,要清淡的感觉,不是红烧 3、白糖一点点提味儿主要是 4、煮的时候也不要翻动鱼块,直接啤酒倒入煮即可 5、干辣椒可以爆香,我没有爆香,直接后面放入煮
