自己琢磨著做出来味道也不错!一菜两吃哟~天然鲜美的蘑菇和混合了黄油鸡汤蘑菇汁蒜泥的香浓汤汁蘸面包简直就是幸福!
而且!做法简单!整个过程也就20分钟中间还能洗漱倒个牛奶拌个沙拉啥的~一餐就做好了!
原料
黄油 一小块, 高汤 一大杯(我用了鸡汤), 盐, 胡椒, 蘑菇, 大蒜 半头, 欧芹碎
步骤
1材料集合,大蒜先压成蒜泥,蘑菇洗净沥干备用,烤箱预热200°

2黄油下热锅融化

3中火煎个一分钟到两分钟

10煮开一会儿就会像这张图里这样缩小一半

11盛到耐热容器,铺上蒜泥,放进预热过的烤箱200°10分钟

12在蘑菇快要好的前两分钟把切过厚片的法棍也一起放烤箱,2分钟后一起取出,蘑菇撒上干欧芹碎~吃!

小技巧
汤汁要多些!蘸面包真的很香很好吃!
我用的鸡高汤是家里常常储备着的,买来的鸡骨架剁小块去血水和葱姜一起煲几个小时,好了撩出鸡骨冷却喂猫,鸡汤冷却冷藏撇出表面鸡油留下以后炒菜可以用,澄清的鸡汤就冻在冰格里放冷冻保存了!
