2葱切断儿,蒜扒皮整个备用

3锅内放油,可以适当多些,油七、八在热时放入虾,炸至变成红色捞出

4把锅中的油倒出来,不用再放油了,锅中粘的油就足够了,放葱、蒜、花椒炒香,再放入几滴香油继续翻炒均匀

6倒入小半小碗水,加盐、白糖,翻炒
