小时候最爱吃的面食之一,韭菜做馅,用麦秸草烧火放在鏊子上烙熟,现如今这种做法在农村大概还有,一般家庭都在用电饼铛做,味道差不多,只是没了那股麦秸草混合著散发出的香味了,甚是怀念.
原料
菠菜, 韭菜, 面粉, 木耳, 鸡蛋, 海米, 油, 盐, 味精
步骤
1菠菜、韭菜(少许)择净、洗净
