原料
【食材】白米2米杯,冷水2米杯,咸猪肉1碗,腊肠2条,干香菇(大)3朵,红萝卜1/2条,油葱酥2大匙, , 【调味料】酱油膏(素蚝油)1大匙,黑胡椒(胡椒粉)少许
步骤
1香菇用温水或冷水泡软(约10-15分钟)

2红萝卜切丁,香菇切丝,腊肠切约0.5cm厚圆块状,咸猪肉切约1cm大小长条状

3起锅开小火,放入少许的油,先放入香菇与咸猪肉炒香及肉转为白色

4再放入红萝卜,腊肠,油葱酥,翻炒几下(约15-20秒),关火

5洗米,完成后加入步骤5.食材+调味料+水,搅拌均匀
