高粉200g, 全麦粉50g, 水160g, 砂糖10g, 盐3g, 酵母3g, 黄油15g
步骤
1 准备好所有材料

2 混合除黄油外所有材料,启动揉面,面团起筋膜时,加入黄油继续揉

12 藤篮(20厘米)内筛粉
