小技巧
1、整个过程一定要快 2、滚肉用的油一定要烧得很热,这样肉下去后才不会巴锅、不会损失水分,不然就会柴了 3、因为肉是实现腌过味的,所以炒辣椒的时候就要把味道调好,最后一步就不用再另外加调料了
